• Vaibhav Jain Classes reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance the course structure, session schedule, or study material to maintain academic quality.
• All charts, examples, and strategies discussed are for educational purposes only, not trading advice.

3. Fees and Payments

• All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the batch is cancelled by Vaibhav Jain Classes.
• In case of instalment payment plans, access to sessions/material may be paused if payments are delayed.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Once enrolled, no refund or cancellation request will be entertained.
• In exceptional cases (e.g., course cancellation by Vaibhav Jain Classes), a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course material (videos, notes, slides, recordings, and assignments) is the intellectual property of Vaibhav Jain Classes.
• Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of material without written consent is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

6. Code of Conduct

• Learners are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct in all sessions and community interactions.
• Any misuse, disruption, or violation of these terms can lead to termination of access without refund.

8. Certificates

• A course completion certificate will be issued only to participants who meet attendance, assessment, and conduct requirements as specified.
